English Conversation Classes

The Richardson Adult Literacy Center (RALC) offers English conversation classes to adults living in North Texas. There are three different levels available: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The classes are offered in person and online. All classes are led by an instructor.

  • Classes are FREE!
  • No registration requred.
  • Show up for as many classes as you are able to attend.
  • There are no tests, no homework, and no books.
  • Please note, there is no childcare provided. 
  • There are no ESL classes during Thanksgiving week in the fall semester, RISD Spring Break in the spring semester, and Independence week during the summer semester.

 

Beginner Conversation Class

June 8 – July 20, 2024
Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

(No class on July 6 – Independence Week)

Intermediate and Advanced English Conversation Class Online

from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
(No class on July 5 – Independence Week)

Class is online using Zoom. Please complete the Adult Student Interest form online and email students@ralc.org no later than Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. to receive the Zoom link to class.

Clase Virtual Nivel Intermedio y Avanzado

Digital skills ready @50

The DSR@50+ program is free for individuals who are 50 years of age or older. The goal is to create a community of seniors empowered with the digital literacy skills they need to thrive. Classes are held at various locations throughout the community.
